If you wish to use any images from the GNS Image Library ("Licensed Images") there is a licensing fee and you agree with the licensing terms and conditions as set out below.

Copyright

Licensed Images in the GNS Image Library are and will remain the property of the Institute of Geological and Nuclear Sciences Limited and are subject to copyright protection.

Licensing

Licensed Images are licensed for once only, non-exclusive use and no reproduction rights are given. Licensed Images can only be used for the purpose nominated by you in your order and may not be distributed. For reprinting or subsequent reuse, you must re-licence the image(s).

Acknowledgement

An acknowledgement of the photographer, and a copyright notice in the form of "© Institute of Geological and Nuclear Sciences Limited [date]" must appear with each Licensed Image, or on a credit page or screen, unless otherwise negotiated.

Payment and Delivery

Quoted prices effective from April 2009 are exclusive of GST and may change without notice. Packaging, postage and courier charges will be added where appropriate. All payments due shall be made within 30 days following the invoice from the Institute of Geological and Nuclear Sciences.

For New Zealand customers, prices are in NZ$ and include packaging and postage. For customers in all other countries, prices and licence fees are in US$ and include packaging and Economy Post International.

Normal delivery within New Zealand is within ten working days, rush rates are available:

One working day	price x 2
Two working days	price x 1.5

Refunds

Requests for refunds will only be considered if the Licensed Images prove faulty or defective and is brought to the attention of Institute of Geological & Nuclear Sciences Limited within seven days of purchase. The Licensed Images must be returned before any refund will be made.

Termination of licence

The Institute of Geological and Nuclear Sciences Limited can terminate this licence immediately and without notice if the licensee fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this licence. Upon termination you must stop using the Licensed Images, return hard copy of the Licensed Images (if supplied) to the Institute of Geological and Nuclear Sciences Limited and destroy any electronic versions of the Licensed Images.

Changes to Terms and Conditions and licence fees

The Institute of Geological and Nuclear Sciences Limited may change these Terms and Conditions and licence fees and you will pay the licence fee current at the purchase date.
